ColoredCow Party Experience

Values Reflected from Party

So today I want to share with you yesterday's party experience and the values I get from the party.

On Friday CEO ColoredCow announced the party and he asks us a question 'Why should we have a party we have not done something great yet?' and we all six intern mates were silent. With our silence, the party was scheduled. And I was thinking about what would be the reason Sir is giving us a party because everything has a reason behind it. I was not able to get the answer yet.

So the party started in the evening we all interns were assigned some responsibility like I was given the responsibility for decorating a  Wine table along with my friend Divyanshu Joshi. Other interns were given tasks like Kuldeep Sir was cutting the coriander leaf, Pankaj sir was helping Ma'am and Nikhil was decorating the venue with lights and Gaurav Sir was cutting Apple slices and Ma'am was frying the Kebabs So this different responsibility teaches us that how big tasks can be performed by breaking into modularity that can be done in a fast and efficient manner.

After that party began with the songs and everyone has a drink and then came to another experience that when you love the work you do you can do various activities at a time i.e Pankaj Sir, Abhishek Sir was enjoying the party along with doing their work. And that gives a message that your first priority must be your duty.

And I love the way Prateek Sir, Mohit sir, and ma'am listen to the music they deep dive into the wording of the song extract some form of a message from it. So I feel that there should be no reason to be happy we should enjoy every moment of our life.

And at last, the party was wrapped and we try to make it fix everything to be placed at its place before leaving and this is what summarizes that every beginning must have a perfect ending.
At last before leaving the talks were going on and Prateek sir says that 'First You should be focused on the thing that you have....'.
